PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL HAVE BUILDERS ON SITE FROM THE 5TH NOVEMBER 2023 FOR 14 WEEKS IMPROVING OUR POOL BARN KITCHEN AREA. FACILITIES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED HOWEVER THERE WILL BE SOME DISRUPTION ON SITE FROM BUILDERS AND MACHINERY.
First Floor: Lounge, kitchen/dining area, Pulldown bed in lounge. Double or Twin Bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2nd Bedroom with single beds which can be made to double on request, Family Bathroom.
Three Barton House is on the first floor, entered through the main front door & inner hallway. It is an exceptionally light & airy apartment, enhanced by the extensive & elevated views both towards the sea & across the rolling countryside. It is elegantly proportioned & the internal arrangement has been carefully designed to create tranquility & comfort.
The dining area is slightly elevated to give a sense of separation from the kitchen & lounge.
Both bedrooms are spacious & the beds can be configured to suit your requirements.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom but the apartment also includes a full family bathroom.
Maximum: 2 dogs allowed in this property.
