THE ROOST - Stone barn in Lower Courtyard - sleeps 8

Ground Floor: Lounge, kitchen/dining area, Sofa bed in lounge.

First Floor: Double Bedroom with ensuite, Twin Bedroom, Bunked Bedroom. Family Bathroom

Once a home for chickens and ducks, The Roost is now a spacious three bedroomed cottage with access directly onto the lower courtyard as well as to the orchard to the rear.

Throughout there are natural coloured carpets and fabrics in soft colours to complement the beautiful hand-crafted beech kitchen. Much of the remaining furniture is in matching solid beech. The cottage is generously equipped and comes with a range of pictures and ornaments and crockery by 'Emma Bridgewater'.

Upstairs there is a wealth of exposed beams whilst in the living room, exposed stonework and subdued lighting all help to make The Roost a traditional cottage with a real barn character.
