Formerly a barn where the fodder was stored above the animals. They were fed daily from the first floor by way of a shute built into the rear wall. This opening is now a picture window in this beautifully converted two bedroomed cottage with downstairs bedrooms, upstairs lounge and kitchen, giving south facing views over Barton Hill to Bolberry Down, and access to the orchard to the rear.
First Floor: Lounge, kitchen/dining area, Sofa bed in lounge, cloakroom (wc and handbasin).
Ground Floor: Double Bedroom, Twin or Bunked Bedroom. Family Bathroom.
