Where the butter and cheese were stored, The Parlour is now a quaint studio cottage with access directly onto the lower courtyard.
Ground Floor: This comprises a studio lounge with comfortable "pull down" double bed, a compact kitchen & traditional bathroom.
Loft Area: 4ft double bed with velux window & additional storage space.
Throughout there are natural coloured carpets and fabrics in soft colours to complement the antique pine kitchen. Much of the remaining furniture is in matching solid beech. The cottage is generously equipped and comes with a range of pictures and ornaments.
There is a wealth of exposed beams in the living room and studio bedroom which helps to give The Parlour its own unique character.

- Kitchen: Fully furnished and equipped including quarry tiled floor in kitchen area, antique pine kitchen with full range of equipment, full oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, and microwave.
- Lounge/Bedroom: Settee & easy chairs, drop leaf dining table and dining chairs, coffee table & sideboard, beech wardrobe wall unit containing a full size pull down double bed, digital entertainment system, night storage heating, and telephone.
- Bathroom: Traditional style basin, wc, bath with shower screen, heated towel rail and heater.
- Steep Ladder from Living Room leading to:
- Gallery Bed: 4ft bed and bedside table under sloping roof, velux window. Limited head room.
